Welcome to our second challenge, "The Windmills of Your Mind". The theme of this challenge is circles. You must use circles in your icon design, whether that be circular objects, or circular patterns in the background or foreground, or wheels within wheels (or indeed, windmills of your mind...)
Yes, you can use text and brushes. Even better, you could use circular text and circular brushes!
