Oh, wow! Yay, and thank you!

I really loved the stained glass window - such a clever idea, and perfect for the technique.

About mine? I totally chose chickens because they're fluffy around the edges, so I could get away with using a diffuse brush to outline the chick, mostly because I suck at outlining things.

My trick with getting the outline is to start with a large image, do the outline, and then shrink the image to icon size.

The one I had the idea for was the "beauty" one, but while I was looking through my photos for images of flowers, I came across the leaf one, with these leaves that were so very spring-green, and I knew I had to do something with that one too.

Bigger is definitely better, I must remember that. For outlining, anyway!

I love the shape of the leaf - with the colouring, it's all very crisp and spring-like.
